hello i have a 1995 ford f150 with a 5-speed manual transmission  wont go into
any foward gears and grinds going into reverse

Possible the synchronizers may need to be replaced. Probably beyond your ability to repair as the transmission has to come out of the vehicle.

The clutch may not be releasing. Possible clutch problem or a clutch hydraulic issue.
