when you remove and replace batt. terminal all systems work (except fuel pump} for about 2 seconds ,then they stop again until you remove and replace the batt. terminal again.engine turns over great ,good spark, no fuel pump.Used to be intermittent ,now it is constant.sometimes it would help to wiggle the ignition ,but that won,t work any more.only 90 k miles but driven on back roads a lot.

Check harness connectors under dash by steering column. Pull them off and reconnect. Sounds like a bad connection

You may also want do the same on the connectors to the computer located on the firewall on passanger side

1997 F-150 cranks but it don't let the windows go down and the air system don't work at all
