THE LITES AND ALL WORK BUT WHEN U TRY TO TURN THE TRUCK OVER IT MAKES A LOUD CLICK NOISE WHERE WOULD THE BEST PLACE TO START THE BATTERY OR WHERE

Check your starter solenoid, then the starter itself. A very common issue in most vehicles.

Clean the connections on the battery first. Use a multi meter and make sure the battery has a little over 2 volts. Follow the ground wire from the battery to the ground location on the vehicle and make sure there is a good clean connection. Try jumping the solenoid relay on the fender well for a second or two. If the engine cranks, replace the relay.
