I have a 2000 Ford F-150 4x4 with a 4.6 L can I take the transmission and put it into a 2000 Ford F-150 4x4 that has a 5.6L

most likely yes just compare the two with the cross member bolt up the connectors and bell housing , i dont see why it wouldnt work.
