I changed exhaust manifold in 2000 f150 now won't start don't no y any suggestions?

All I can say is to go over your work, checking wiring, may be something unplugged?

K thank u I was thinking was an oxygen sensor problem on the pipe but I NVR had to remove it the truck just turns over but NVR fires up ran fine till I did the manifold except had a leak that drove me crazy

Well, yes, this doesn't make sense, Just going to have to do some checking. What size engine is this? If this is the 4.2L see if power is going to the coil pack, or first check for spark. Have to start looking somewhere. And the O2 sensor would not keep it from starting.
