Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My father in-law owns a 2001 Ford f150 4.6
supercab/ double cab we replaced
everything, but it still has a hard time
starting. We don't know what else to change
you have to keep turning the key on and off
for awh before it actually starts sometimes
it doesn't even want to start. It has a new
battery and all new parts in it we even put
fuel injector cleaner in it. Nothing seems to
be resolving the problem. Please help
