Powersteering jus quit working on 2001 f-150 pickup after i pulled out a car that was in a ditch

All i did was pull a car out of ditch an
now my powersteering quit workin
what can cause this full of fluid an
pump not wineing an no leaks so help
me please dont understand this

If the belt is still on remove the return line from the pump and position it at the fill opening. Have someone start the engine, turn the wheel slowly from side to side and see if fluid is being pumped through the rack.

I have a 1989 F/150 302, I am not getting power to the High Pressure fuel pump, I am not sure about the low pressure pumps power, I just replaced the saddle in-tank pump to no avail, I did remove the high pressure pump amd confirmed that it was working with 12 volt battery, I am not sure where to go from here, the truck has set for years and was given to me, I really want to get it runnung, does anyone have the quick fix?
