I say the following, "Tongue in cheek". Don't know if you are asking about the "Donut throwaway after 50 miles" spare or not. Don't worry about the measurement. Get a full size, 5th wheel that matches the ones on the vehicle, so, if use of the spare is required, you will continue down the road as if nothing happened, and you won't get the looks from the driver along side you.
