Where is my fuse located for windows 1970 thunderbird

It should be under the dash board on the divers side in fuse panel..

i have a 71 i found mine inside the glove box on the right side there is a little door with a screw

Neither The windows fuse OR the power seat fuse is in this box in glove compartment. Please help. Thanx...
