how to remove door glass & regulator on 1965 t-bird

You start by removing the inside door panel. When it is off, there may be some brown paper between the panel and the door frame. Remove it and now you can see the mechanism for the regulator. CAREFULLY remove the regulator and glass. You will need to tilt the glass to get it out..

I replaced the crank and scissor took out electric motors replaced items to make it manual. I can not get the window to go all the way down. It stays up about an inch.
