It could be the voltage regulator for the alternator. Check to see if it is putting out 14.5 DCV at the battery when the engine is idling.

14.1 DCV is good. What happens when you rev the engine up? Does it stay 14.7 and under?

Charging system is working properly. There is a Instrument Cluster Voltage Regulator that is part of the charging system that may be the cause. Check it out on this sight.... https://www.carid.com/standard/instrument-cluster-voltage-regulator-mpn-vrc-604.html?singleid=64677481&url=15437710
