Can someone please tell me if a set of cast iron long style headers fit my 390 and is there enough room for them to fit my 63 T-Bird engine bay?

I think they are from 61-64 Galaxie.

I'm inclined to say no, they won't fit as the Thunderbird's engine bay is much more restrictive, I've seen plenty of Tbird's with FE shorty headers, however.
