What should I check now

I put a new master cylinder on the car, two new wheel cylinders on the front, two new
brake lines on the front, I have brakes but they r hard and the rear brakes are locking up
on my 1963 ford thunderbird.

It sounds like you have a power booster problem. Has the car been driven regularly? If so, I am to presume that the brake job was done only as routine maintenance. That being the case, The booster sounds like your problem. Check the vacuum line and any other connections on it.
