Note the diagram. I'd want to check circuits at starter relay, again, note the diagram. This relay may be under hood, passenger side fender lining. Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. the two large studs at relay, you may be able to take a long shank screwdriver and short the two large studs together, the starter motor should crank the engine and may start, if the key is on? If you try that make sure the transmission is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. Vehicle can't move. In the diagram, top of relay, the black wire is hot all the time. The black wire with white dashes is ignition feed, goes from crank position of ignition switch through the neutral or clutch switch, depending on the transmission, to starter relay. W/o voltage, the relay won't energize, so with test light or something, check voltage, key in the crank position. The relay grounds through the body. good luck
