replaced oil pump put in new gauge still have no oil persure

did you prime the motor with a tool that fits into the distributor...are the lifters ok?

May have some clogged oil orifices in engine block you can try doing a motor flush. And also worn rod,cam or crankshaft bearing can cause low oil pressure.
