1988 f250 ford leak

Hey I have a 1988 f250 ford and it has been leaking
where it looks like maybe the timing belt thingy is?
After I stopped runnin the heater it doesn't really
leak Soo much. I don't know shit and need help

Unfortunately, based on your question you haven't given much detail. Is it oil, coolant, PS fluid, or what? Sounds like you need to seek qualified help. Most shops will give a free estimate. Some charge a fee but at least you will have some good information.

It's probably your water pump leaking, but then again a leak can be from a hose and just appear to be dripping from the front of the engine. Since you admit you don't know squat about cars, may as well take it to a shop for the repair work and let them find what is actually leaking.

First, there is no timing belt thingy on you truck. Most likely is the water pump, but could also be the intake manifold. Have someone that knows a little about vehicles help you with it.
