What engine upgrade can I get for an 1976 Ford F-250

I have a Ford F250 and I was wondering if
I could get a better engine instead of the
360 I have in it currently.  It is not enough
to do the daily tasks that I need so I was
looking for an engine was more
horsepower. I'm not a wealthy guy so if you
could recommend an engine upgrade I'd
be more than happy

There are upgrades you can do for the 360 you have in there, like a bit bigger cam shaft, a Holley 600 or 650 4-barrel carb and a set of headers.
