72 Ford f250 360 no spark good battery

Left truck unattended and now no spark.
Good battery getting fuel getting power to
distributer.none out..yes points fine..

How do I do that? I put meter on it yes..not sure if I tested it right got a 1.7.

We use to take coil wire, put a screwdriver in it, put screwdriver 1/4 inch from a good ground and crank engine to see a strong spark
