where can i get the piece of the speedometer cable that runs from the transmission to the end of the cable coming from the speedometer gauge?

I need to replace the piece of the speedometer cable that runs from the transmission to the end of the cable that comes from the speedometer gauge. It is about 18 to 24 inches in length. The cable that comes from the back of the speedometer gauge looks fine.
