I bought a used 1989 Ford F150 XLT Lariat std. cab long bed automatic with 4 wheel drive it has a V-8 motor. I wanted to know what size engine it is. I think they offered a few different ones. Anyone

see Tom, you just did this. probably didn't even have to 'open the books' to answer correctly, but shot right out the top of your head. am I right?

It could either be a 5.0 liter 302 V8 or a 5.8 liter 351 V8, both are solid engines and get about the same gas mileage. The 5.8 is better suited for towing.
