Car doesnt start with key. Jump starting silenoid

My car won't start when i turn my key. . . the key
goes like it goes into auxiliary but wont crank. I
havd changed out the cylender, the silenoid and the
ignition switch (that my friend said might be bad

I have to turn my key on, put it in neutral before it starts. It's just one little Quirk that Charlie has.
