1986 F150 not starting

I have a 1986 Ford F-150 with a 5.8, that's acting
like the battery is dead. It has a new battery, starter
solenoid, I had the starter tested and it's good. A
new cap and rotor, but whenever I try to start it, it
cranks slowly, any help?

Sounds like it could be a bad ground or connection, would you have any gauge wire like #14, if so take a big piece and make a thick wire out of it and put one end on the battery ground and the other of a good body ground

Change your ignition control module , usually located on your driver side wheel well
