The Ford inline 6 used a couple of different transmissions. It could be a S5 series or a Borg-Warner T18. If possible, look on the left side of the transmission for the plate with the manufacturer info. A hard place to see and read from an odd angle when laying under the truck. Use a small digital camera and attempt to get a photo, that may be easier than reading the plate.
