Loosing power

The truck starts and runs fine but when I drive the
engine stutters like its going to cut off. Seems like
when the engine has any bit of a load on it, it will
not move. It will sit still and ide perfectly fine. It has
brand new plugs, wires,rotor cap and button. The
truck also has a new trans and clutch. The truck did
sit for one year, but started up fine and ran well for
one week after the trans was put in. Than it started
doing this.

Could be the fuel regulator. You can test by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge up after the regulator, have the engine running and rev it up. The fuel pressure should hold, and not drop down. Also at an idle, pull the vacuum line off of the fuel regulator. If the fuel regulator pressure does not rise by 5 to 7 lbs. on the pressure gauge, the fuel regulator would be bad.
