My pickup won't turn over

Asked by Aron Jan 01, 2016 at 05:07 PM about the 1976 Ford F-150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1976 f150 custom with a 300 straight six.
When I put the key in the ignition it acts like it
wants to turn over making a cranking sound but it
puts out. I think it may be corrosion in my tank
causing this but I don't know. What would I need to
do?
