My 1987 Chevy s10 stalls out like a electrical to fuel problem it doesn't have to be hot for problem to exist

IF you think it is electrical,check wire,s to pump and fuel relay,but it most likely will be the fuel pump.

It is in the gas tank,you will have to drop tank down to get it out.
