flat black.block & intake chevy orange oil pan.

Actually the whole block, cylinder heads and oil pan is chevy orange. Including the valve covers on the L48 and 454. The L82 had finned aluminum valve covers.

Yes, Brownells sells some excellent reproduction paint that will match the Chevy color exactly, better in my opinion than the Duplicolor stuff you see at the parts stores.
