Asked by Blakmagc Mar 19, 2014 at 09:05 PM about the 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Question type: Car Customization

Changing over to swivel bucket seats and having a hard time finding the front seat belts
from a Monte Carlo, are there other chevy's from that year that I could find the seat belts

1 Answer

Mostly all Chevrolet "basic" stuff, wheels, carbs,. transmissions (provided you have the right cross trans member or make one), brakes? I'm not sure. The disc brake power booster's are the same. And the sky's the limit for small block to big block engines. A lot of Chevelle stuff is worth a try. I I had a friend with a 197? Black Monte Carlo with a big block 396-427" in it & a turbo hydro 400 series auto trans, It ran low 12's! So cool & different. I love those little slit Monte Carlo tail lights. JIMZ
