Ac or heat not blowing out the vents

I have a 1978 caprice classic and i just had the distributor
replaced before it was replaced both mt ac and heat was
blowing out the vents. They both still work but it comes out
the floor and top of the dash could someone please help
me figure it out

find the vacuum leak...hose/ plastic...
