tail lights, running lights, liscence plate lights, and dashboard lights out - help

I checked the fuse, but it appears good, even went to the junk yard and replaced the headlight switch, but I still only have headlights. Anybody ever have this problem?

Yes. It was the tail light relay. Mine was missing. Found one in a junk yard. Plugged it in and everything works.
