Hesitate

Hello friends my name is Truong I've just got dont rebuilting an
88 supra turbo and it seems to me that it is lack of power
it sits on idle fine but when I try to rep it up it takes too long
to react it hesitate

Could be a number of things. Here are a few things to check. Fuel filter, Throttle positioning sensor, map sensor....check all of those and see if it still hesitates.
