how do I fix the break light that works only when the lights are not on?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The break lights on both sides work when the lights are not on.  When the
lights are on the the left break light does not work.  Checked the fuses,
changed the bulb, not sure whats next

Check the bulb socket it self,may be bad.
