what oil would be best to use

Asked by wicked1 Feb 13, 2007 at 07:56 PM about the 1986 Chevrolet Corvette

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Im currently using Castroil Synthetic 10w30 is there something better that i should use or is that a pretty good oil to use in the car

1 Answer

Hello, As long as the car is not too high mileage, that oil is great. To double-check on the appropriateness of the oil, try going to a site such as http://www.valvoline.com and entering in the data on your car, such as the mileage. That will steer you to high-mileage oil if it is the most appropriate for your vehicle. Best of luck! CarGrrl
