Hello bicole24-- Your 1986 Chevrolet Corvette has only one fuel pump. Take no more advice from the person who told you that your car has two. This sounded so strange to me that I had to double check with Randy at Ecklers Corvette Parts (www.ecklers.com)and he confirmed that there is only one pump. Good luck from Bovan.

Incorrectly installed pump, I think I bent the rod activating the pump, won't slide up or down, how do I get the rod out to check it, to see if it's bent.

On my 84 Corvette, I replaced the fuel pump relay and now when I start it, left side carb fills up with gas. It's like my fuel pump is staying on. Also battery is drained every time
