1989 corvette power windows dont work

I have an 1989 Corvette and the Power windows stopped working after I changed the Battery, Starter, and alternator.  I have checked the voltage at the fuses panel and there is none. i have checked for voltage at the  window switches, NONE. I have checked for voltage at the window motor, NONE. So does anyone know where the voltage starts for these power windows? A diagram would be so helpful.

Get behind the center counsel and look foe a metal canister. One is for turn signals, the other is for the power windows. Fusebox,relay,rocker switch, and power window motor. Good luck
