If you know what you're doing about 20 to 25 hours.

About one six pack. Are you changing all wiring in just the engine compartment? If you already have a set made up and your a little experienced at it, between 4 and six hours tops. If your going under the dash, I have seen it take up to six years, but it will take a long weekend and then some.

Before I clicked on the title I was thinking "It depends on how much beer you drink while doing the job." And then I see my buddy above talking about a six pack. LOL If you have never done it before, don't expect it to be a quick job. Get some help. An extra pair of hands will be invaluable.
