My 1990 toyota pickup only has the left brake light
working and the right one dosent work theres no
voltage getting to the socket does anybody know
whats wrong?

Your best bet is to buy a needle test light and start probing the wires until you find out where the power stops. It's a major pain but it's just one of those necessary evils we must do. I have done it on numerous occasions. If you live where there's road salt, you will most likely find a broken or corroded wire.
