what can I do to get the heat running in my t100 Toyota 5speed?

Tom has very good starting ideas. If after checking them, you may have (this is assuming you are talking about heat in the cab) a collapsed heater hose from the engine to the heater coil in the cab- either input or output- a quick check is to feel if one or the other is still cold after the heater has been turned on long enough to normally work. Let us know what you find; if these ideas aren't the solution. Then we'll see where to go from there.
