Did you measure resistance of each wire to see if it is within specification? There could be other issues like a broken valve spring, perhaps a sensor that has gone bad (crank position sensor can make a bad miss), etc. Have this diagnosed by a competent mechanic as there are more than a few solutions that could be causing your problem.
