For the appearance, it's your call. For performance and mechanical, I would say drive the car to it's limit and see which aspect of the car you need to improve.

i would do it tastefully if you do more cosmetically. You dont want your car to look like "rice" with a huge aluminum wing and ugly carbon hood. As for mods id go with the single turbo set up like you said upgrade the injectors and fuel pump remap the ecm. and of course upgrade all the pistons etc.put a chip in it air intake, catback exaust, maybe new recaro.sparco.bride seats in it with harnesses if your pulling mad power. Nice sticky tires like the BFGoodrich G-force KDW other then that thats all you really need other then maybe wheels.

japanese cars r best for modification cos of a lighter frame... availability of parts... exhaust and manifold modifications wud make a significant difference to performance.. as for the body.. as per ur liking

"Enough mods" is subjective. You should know best for yourself what is your driving style, what needs improvement and whether this car is a daily driving one, occasional race or full racing car. Say if you want a comfortable car for daily driving I don't reckon you really need the recaro seat and extremely high lift camshaft, too light flywheel and too big turbo could be annoying too. And if after the single turbo comversion you don't have crazy, you probably don't need to replace internals. If you do drive fast but don't drive hard, you might not need the bucket seat but might need bodykit/wing. Suspension varies too, can't tell how much ricers in my country use too stiff suspension but while in reality they drive so nimble and standard suspension could do just fine(plus more comfortable).
