I own a corolla 1.6 4AFE 1996 model,it wont crank and no lights on the dashboard,so what could be the cause?

I parked the car in the morning and when I knocked off,everything was not
working and the battery was low.I took another working battery and still
everything in not working even the radio and lights

OK if I'm understanding you correctly you have no power to anything inside. You tried another battery. Have you looked at your battery connections for corrosion. Follow your ground wire (black) back and make sure its tight with no corrosion on it. Same with red wire back to the fuse box under the hood. Open fuse box and check main fuses than you have fuses in the fuse box inside. You will find it working from battery back. It would help you greatly if you had meter or at least a test light but usually this isn't to hard to diagnose
