What is the equivalent of SG oil or higher in Australia?

The owners manual for my car says I need SG or higher engine oil but I dont know what
the equivalent of that would be in Australia

Peachey, here's what all the initials mean... http://www.cartalk.com/content/sg-sf-sm-sa-sb-sc-se-whats-it-mean- when-it-comes-oil If I were you, I would just buy one of the high performance oils in Australia. Maybe just run a high grade synthetic...it lasts much longer and doesn't break down as easily....
