Car idles with foot on gas. Take it off and car shuts off

keep foot on gas car will run.  Remove and car will die.  You can rev engine perfectly.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem, you may want to check fuel pressure and make sure that the fuel pump is putting out the correct output. You may also have problems with the throttle position sensor or the mass airflow sensor controlling the idle, and telling it to shut off because they are not detecting properly.

Has this exact issue pulled throttle body and cleaned it then cleaned the IAC Vaulve and it was horrible. Put it pack and runs like new I would consider doing this
