97camry battery put in wrong ideas

Person I bought car from put the battery in wrong they replaced a fuse now car starts
but no radio window use any thing but the guage clust. lights stay on and horn stays on
had to pull the fuse as u try to put into gear feels bad bogging out then dies any help
any same issue some one had help and resolve

Replace alternator fuse and the ETCS fuse these two fuses are known to blow when battery has been hooked up wrong.
