I replaced 3 spark plug wires and now the engine is running rough? How do I fix this?

Dear newty-- What I would do is replace the other spark plug wires in your 1997 Toyota 4Runner. Then make sure each wire is connected to the proper plug. You would be surprised how often even a decent mechanic wil put the wires on the wrong plug. I suspect this will solve your problem, but if not, get back to me. Good luck from Bovan.
