We just bought a new battery. The remote no longer works and we can't disable the alarm any other way.Can you help? Every time we hook up the battery is sets off the alarm....

You may have to take this to the dealer to have the Body Control Module reprogrammed. Disconnecting the battery caused it not to recognize the remote or key, and now it is acting like you are trying to steal it when you attempt to start it.
