my cooling fan is not coming on even when the a/c button is on

both fan are not come on, i know one is for a/c (but a/c button hit on not) once
for radiator should run when engine is hot ,but it not ??

Could be the fan relay, it is usually in the fan wires somewhere. Just follow the fan wiring back from the fans. Also could be a faulty temperature sensor. It just one of those things you have to check out.
