Toyota Camry 1999 rear light failure warning light problem. I changed bulbs to no avail. What can do to shut off this indicator light?

Need help. What can I do to shut off the rear light failure warning light to my
Toyota Camry 1999? I've changed the bulbs but its still on.

Are you sure ALL your rear lights are functioning properly? Park...brake...reverse...etc? There might be an electronic module that needs to be replaced.
