You may have bad plug wires. Take a spray bottle with water and mist the plug wires with water. If you hear a snapping sound, that means that your wires are arcing and that will cause you to lose power. Especially early in the morning when the air is damp or after a rain. Your Idle Air Control Valve may also be getting dirty. Here's a short "how to" video on how to clean it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i82s4ZfR2js
