I can not unlock the dor with key

Suggestion....try your spare key. Get back with results.

I had the same issue. My both remote keys do not open the trunk. They lock and unlock the doors though.

Make model year? When you attempt to unlock the trunk...do you notice a tiny light on the key fop blink when you press the trunk unlock button?

If you put the key onto the lock on the driver side door can you unlock and lock that door? If you put the key into the trunk lock....can you unlock and lock the trunk?
